Refund Policy for Training Programs
At the Toronto Lymphatic Academy, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you’ve paid in full for our Level 1 Training but can no longer attend, please review our refund policy below:
Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Training Start Date: You are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee or a full credit toward a future training session.
Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Training Start Date: Due to the limited availability of spots in our courses, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within two weeks of the training. However, we will provide a 50% credit toward a future training session.
No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: If you do not attend the training and have not notified us in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.
Rescheduling Options: If you’re unable to attend, we encourage you to apply your credit to a future training within one year of your original registration date.
